Re: BREAKING: Westbrook has meniscus tear in right knee
You face a real decision here. Because - depending on the extent of the injury he will be able to be back. But this is a young team....and this is a injury that won't hinder him in the future if given time to heal.
So it's rush him back and risk it or wait for next year.
I think he'll go for the latter and the Thunder organization will try to make him go for the former.

I knew something was wrong when he said "it really hurts" in the postgame interview.
I'm in tears right now. That dude is biggest gamer of all time. Played through it like it was nothing.
Westbrook is the closest thing to God in this life.
for a true legend... he will be back...

They've been fortunate this year, but dont forget that Chris Bosh missed 3 weeks of last years playoffs.

That sucks and HE could come back in these Playoffs the Problem is they need to win the next round or two before he could come back. This is a 2 to 3 week timeframe for this isn't it ?

It's probably going to be another 3 weeks before the WCF if they can get past MEM/LAC which I don't think they can without Westbrook.

I don't think he makes it back for 2nd round which would be tough to beat Clippers without him.

Well CP3 against a Westbrookless OKC is not good for the Thundar's chances.

They won't get past Clippers or Memphis.
Now we'll see how important Russell really is.

Now would be a really nice time to have James Harden on your team.

You're rigiht, he did, but Westbrook means a lot more to the Thunder than Bosh does to the Heat. Not to mention the teams the Thunder are potentially going to have to go through just to get to the Finals without Westbrook are going to be better than the teams the Heat went through last year without Bosh.
