I started using the snap wrist technique and it is really effective. really makes you feel like you're in control of the ball release.
But i'm still having issues with the whole elbow thing. I found myself kind of positioning my shoulders slightly diagonal towards the basket. My right shoulder is a bit closer to the basketball than the left shoulder in order to have my elbow lined up directly to the basket. Is this the correct shooting form? My shoulder isn't facing directly to it, just slightly turned, like 30 degree angle. I hope you guys can understand what I mean by this
For example, this derrick rose jumpshot, his shoulder is slightly turned where his right shoulder is in front of the left shoulder. Is that the right way to shoot?
