They're celebrating their city by lighting it on fire and trashing it. Kinda moronic.
And before you call me a butt hurt rangers fan, you should know I would say this about any team winning a championship. Said the same about philly fans.

19th year in a row it was the wrong team jumping into the pile at the pitchers mound.
Congrats to the Giants. Kinda wish that they could have won it at home, as those celebrations in front of the home fans are always better. Oh well.

Here's what Baseball Prospectus had to say about the Giants before the season:
"When is it time to make a change at general manager, even if that GM is the longest-tenured in the game and a respected figure? When do you throw up your hands and admit that the man you have put in charge has no idea how to solve his team's problems within the boundaries you have set for him? The Giants have reached the point where they need to answer that question, because they have been stuck in a terrible situation."

Brian Sabean has been getting a lot of shit recently for some of his signings, like Zito's 100 and whatever million dollar contract, and Aaron Rowand's $60 million dollar contract, but you gotta give the dude props, Posey, Lincecum, Cain, Sanchez, Bumgarner, and i think Wilson were all produced through the giants farm system.
