    Default Team USA

Carmelo Anthony (Denver Nuggets); Kobe Bryant (Los Angeles Lakers); Tyson Chandler (New Orleans Hornets,Emergency Back-up for Dwight Howard); Dwight Howard (Orlando Magic); LeBron James (Cleveland Cavaliers); Chris Bosh (Toronto Raptors); Jason Kidd (Dallas Mavericks); Tayshaun Prince (Detroit Pistons); Michael Redd (Milwaukee Bucks);Dwayne Wade(Miami Heat); Chris Paul(New Orleans Hornets) Carlos Boozer (Utah Jazz); and Deron Williams (Utah Jazz).

Thats Team USA's Roster for the summer olympics this year. What's your opinion and how would you change it.

I would take Bosh off it so that he's fresh for next season

I feel the same way about Lebron but USA does need to prove it is still dominate in basketball.

    That's not the roster, it's...

PG - Jason Kidd, Chris Paul, Deron Williams
SG - Kobe Bryant, Dywane Wade, Michael Redd
SF - Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, Tayshaun Prince
PF - Chris Bosh, Carlos Boozer
    C - Dwight Howard

Tyson Chandler has been invited to travel with the team as an emergency back up if Dwight is injured or not ready for the tourny.

If I was K I would consider replacing either Kidd or Redd with Tyson Chandler, team usa isn't helping themselves with only a single center

I think Kidd is too old, get a good Pf or Center. Stoudemire would work.

    Thanks for moving this.

kidd was asked to be the veteran leader of this team ... that is the reason why he is there however it should have been kidd and chris paul or kidd and deron.. there's no need for 3 point guard if you only have 1 center...

Strong backcourt, but soft big men. Will get pushed around by Spain and some other Euro countries. The world is hoping USA will be left without a medal. I do too. If Chandler doesn't go, there is only Bosh, Boozer, and Dwight. Dwight is not 100%. Bosh is a big 3. Boozer is a little 4. Any injury or foul trouble to these guys, and I hope to see team USA lose their rhythm, if they will have any.

They are going to win it this time! I can feel it ^_^. They only lost in 2004 but dominated in 92, 96, and 2000. This time they will win it big again I hope. This will show the rest of the world who the gold belongs too.

the gold belongs to whoever wins it!anyway the olympics is not as hard as the world championships and its been a long time that team USA have dominated that one!
