So basically this guy got butt hurt because he got traded from LA and couldn't play husband in Hollywood. He basically quit when he was traded to the Mavs. Odom is a loser.

Odom is a f*cking baby. Grow up dipshit. You're getting paid millions of dollars to your job.

Not basically. You could only grasp the full extent of his damage by watching every game.
He didn't try at all. At best he was going 75% out there. He didn't play within the offense at all...and his defense was horrendous.
Literally not having him would have netted the Mavs a few more wins. Replacing him with a quality player like we could have....easily 5 to 7 more wins this year. Maybe more.
Odom was supposed to be the 2nd best player on this team. He was supposed to be a crunch time player and a versatile player that could play with pretty much any lineup. If Odom had put up 14/10/4 in 35 minutes a game this year the Mavs would be a legit threat to make another run.
As bad as the Mavs have been this year. We were a productive player away from being far better.
Really sucks, but it happens. Just the perfect storm happened for Odom to just never give a shit. Mavs should have seen it sooner and moved him and tried to find an impact player. Now the Mavs are clearly done and making the playoffs seems unlikely at this point as well. Time to blow the whole thing up.

Re: Odom to leave Mavs, sit out remainder of season
This really pisses me off and I'm not even a Mavs fan. You sign a contract and you should play period. If you have personal issues either give the money back or seek help. This is all bs because I know he wouldn't be playing this poorly if he wasn't traded from the Lakers. Really poor form by Odom.

It's Dirk's fault. A real MVP, Finals MVP, top twenty player of all-time, etc. would have got Odom to buy into the system. Sorry Dirk, you got exposed.
