Acting black isn't some born trait it's just cultural. If that way of acting is in the culture and people copy it it's just normal. Say something to a toddler and he starts to repeat it... humans pick up on what they see.

maybe part of it is that people in this country are so uptight about gays. i've seen plenty of guys dress very much like him across europe, asia, africa.
