Re: Training Program
Okay, since swimming isn't exactly explosiveness training. I think swimming will be great training for my knee so I will do it. I'm also going to do that 4 week football program (the exercises which I may do) to see what I need to add in order to make the final program. I'll start next week, including swimming. I can add swimming since I have no basketball practice or games yet and the 4 week program is only 3 days a week.
