That is probably the most annoying thing about 2K12.

2K12 is kind of ****ed up with default sliders though. I don't know what sliders you use, but I found a really good slider set. It's pretty hard, but the CPU actually runs the offense and doesn't cheese nearly as much as they do on other slider sets I've used. I think it's because the CPU offensive awareness is at like a 90, so they don't just wind down the shot clock and then take some crazy contested jump shot that somehow goes in.

2K11's default sliders weren't as bad. Don't know what that's all about.

The Thunder in particular are going to be a blast to use with these signature skills. Can't wait to lock dudes down with Sefolosha.

2k hands down is the best sports gaming company around,

If EA wasn't running a monopoly over the NFL liscense Madden would already be as obsolete as NBA live.

2k13 is starting to look like it has GOAT sports game potential.

Imagine how good a new NFL 2K game would be? You're right, Madden would suffer the same fate as Live.

    No it wouldnt.

And 2k11 looked like the GOAT until we were fed 2k12 which was claimed as the GOAT and now 2k13.

2k has a ways to go before anyone should give it GOAT sports game and not simply by default since Live fell off. Madden is huge more huge than when Live was at its peak. So to think 2k could simply knock off EA would never happen.

Lets see if 2k tries to pimp us with buying DLC now that it has cornered the bball game market.

Madden has a damn live tournament at Times Square. When has Live ever been as big as Madden? Its never ever been. To think 2k would push Madden to the brink of a Live meltdown is hilarious. Would competition be good? Hell yea. But lets not exagerrate and think 2k is this godly company capable of taking down the power known as Madden. Afterall it was Madden that took over total control of football games. 2k could never have done that. 2k cant even upgrade its servers on the level of EA.

I'm not even a Madden fan. But lets be realistic here.

I understand what you're saying, Madden is part of the American culture but we've seen immensely popular things face stiff competition and die off.

Correct me if I'm wrong, Madden 2005 was a great game.... but NFL 2k5 was a superior product at less than half of the cost. Keep that formula up for a couple years and they certainly would have eaten into EA's popularity a whole lot.
