1964-1967 Muhammad Ali was the greatest heavyweight boxer on the planet, and he'll beat any heavyweight boxer in history. Even the 1968-1976 version of Ali would beat Iron Mike at his best.

Joe Louis was better, but I agree that Ali was magnificent.

Ali v. Williams is a thing of beauty.
Ali would beat Tyson as he did all the premier crowders of his day. It would be one hell of a fight but Ali's chin, stamina and out-boxing would see him the victor.
Regarding rankings, Hank > RJJ. Ali > Louis.
