Exactly, what's up with that. If anyone should be getting something extra, it should be people the people doing...I don't know, perhaps going the extra mile..ya know, SOMETHING EXTRA. But if you're simply doing what's in your job description, you shouldn't be complaining when you don't get some pity pay, let alone complain they didn't give you a decent amount when they do give extra.

Like I said, I'm not tipping anymore. Stereotype if you want, but knowing how many people have some warped sense of entitlement, they can just shove it.
