In the best case scenario he will be a complement to Bargnani with his weak-side defense, get stronger to be a good rebounder and develops some back-to-the-basket movements. In the worst case scenario he can easily be a bust.
Either way it was a low risk move IMO. He was a clear top 5 pick prior to his injury and we got him at 13 which is pretty much a crapshoot draft spot anyways, especially if you look at the past 10 #13 picks.
