Doesn't change the fact that Jordan's contemporaries at the 2 guard position were awful in the 90s and he rarely faced competent individual competition

Then you factor in illegal defense rules, turning every possession into a glorified game of 1 on 1 and you understand why things turned out the way they did.

The 90s were gimmick driven and watered down by expansion/
