Default Jahlil Okafor thoughts on NBA

    Jahlil Okafor on First Take:

"A GM should draft me because I'm a winner. I've won on every level. I see Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and LeBron James get criticized, and I wouldn't expect any less.

Duncan, Gasol, O'Neal. Hopefully I win can multiple championships like those guys but I have yet to play in the NBA.

I'm 19 so to say I'm finished is ludicrous.

Duncan is the guy who's been a good system person for me to watch. Hakeem is one of my dad and mines idols. I like Dwight Howard and watch his workout tapes. I've stolen a lot of his moves. Tim Duncan and Hakeem are the two guys I model my game after.

I've thought about being under Kobe or Garnett, and being able to talk to those guys, pick their brains would help me learn a lot.

I haven't thought about my style game, everybody looks at Westbrook's fashion but I don't think I can pull that off.

If I could play with anybody in the league, it'd be Tim Duncan because he's the guy I idolized and being under his leadership would be great for me."

I have heard that he was lazy, not 100% serious about the game, and in questionable shape, an Andrew Bynum kind of situation.

I hope that's not true, because I love his game.

hey dummy, it's not that both can't be good players

this is a forum and its an unwritten rule that if there are 2 similar guys who will go 1 and 2 then you must pick one to stan and one to hate.

you're either a parker guy or a wiggins guy

you're either a okafor guy or a towns guy

    idiot

This, Winners stay winning. Okafor has won more than Towns will ever win.

It's one thing to joke about fashion. It's an entirely different thing when you have to block out Deandre Jordan or Dwight.
