I've never seen "Lost in Translation", but "The Big Lebowski" is far from overrated.

    Good film.

I'm not looking to fit into any cult... 'The Big Lebowski' was genuinely hilarious. John Goodman's Walter is one of the funniest characters I've ever witnessed.

'Lost in Translation' was nothing special, though.

The Big Lobowski was a decent movie.

I was so pumped to see Lost in Translation because I really like films like Garden State and Closer and I was told Lost in Translation was in the same mold. I watched Lost in Translation and even as the movie ended I remember thinking; "Ok . . . when does this movie actually start."

Even when I see Indian people in America, I just refer to them as Gypsies, and thus, the stereotypes and stigmas about them come into mind. I know its stupid to have a bad stereotype about them, but I would be lying if I told you if I didn't hink this way.

    so then, where are from?

On a side note about them movies, never seen Big Lebowski but I thought lost in translation was nice. Nothing special but nice. It turned out to be more of a chick flic in the end though
