cormega's 'born and raised' isn't underrated: it's a solid album by a great lyricist who can't flow. granted, there are some nice beats on there, but there are also bland cuts aplenty.

I'd say Funcrusher plus isn't in the 'most underrated' discussion IMO.

its a classic on par with the illmatics and aqueminis. it gets mentioned as a good album but not as a classic or an all time great.

Never said it wasn't good. It's ranked pretty well by most hip hop enthusiasts.
