stop seasoning your food(including your vegetables eat them without oil,butter, or seasoning).You will eat less cause it doesnt taste as good
work out ( you dont have to work out for 2 hours. 30-45mins out of 24 hours is nothing and you can even take Sunday off)
NO ALCOHOL
only drink water nothing else (not diet soda, not Selzer water, not flavored water)
eat fruit and vegetables every single day
give up all fried foods....all of it
give up all junk food....all of it (including yogurts,cereal, and ice cream)
give up bread, tortillas, taco shells(no matter how they are made)
make every single thing you eat
dont use any sauces on food before or after making it.Eat that shit plain!
rotate your meats (steak,pork,chicken,fish,lamb,hard-boiled eggs,ect) do not just keep eating the same thing every day or you will end up hating it
(and if you want it to go by faster.Give up pickles,pickled jalpenos, and pretty much anything that adds flavor to foods)
thats all you have to do...its literally thats easy.You dont have to give up anything else or eat anything you dont like.
Once you lose the weight, you can go back to doing what you want til you want to lose weight again

Track your calories and make sure you're in a deficit pretty much, anything more than 1000 calories a week isn't recommended for health reasons.

yeah you dont have to do this shit....just eat bland food and you will naturally eat less.
If you can stomach eating plain oatmeal til you're full go for it
If you can stomach eating plain ass oven-baked chicken with vegetables until you're full go for it
you wont but even if you do, so what it's not bad for you...its fking plain chicken and vegetables
edit - and cut the skin off the chicken before you cook it

Obviously, you misread though. It's -1000 from your tdee(maintenance calories), which you can find using calculators online.

Forcing yourself to eat food that you don't like will only make you say f*** it and go back to eating foods that you like. Eat foods that fit your calorie needs and adjust as your lifestyle changes, don't be a lazy f***. It's literally using a measuring cup, google search, and maybe a food scale.

Yeah you can either do what i say or have fun cutting portions and being hungry all the time OP
the choice is yours.
My way you wont be hungry all-day.Youre hungry?Go eat a bowl of plain oatmeal.....That hunger will go away out of disgust
you will never crave burgers or w/e the fk u want cause you can still eat it....it will just taste way worse without salt

I assumed that 99% of people would know about the 2000 daily calorie recommendation by the FDA when I said that.
