    Gasol: 20.4 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 4.6 apg, 1.91 bpg, .58 spg in 39.2 mpg, while shooting .503 FG, .250 3ptFG, and .689 FT%

    Kirilenko: 15.3 ppg, 8.0 rpg, 4.3 apg, 3.19 bpg, 1.48 spg in 37.7 mpg, while shooting .460 FG, .308 3ptFG, and .699 FT%

I wouldn't say AK is worse than Gasol in everything else; Kirilenko's defense is far and away better than Pau's, their assist numbers are nearly identical, and despite Pau playing the big positions and being 3" taller, he only grabs about one more rebound per game than AK, who is pulling those boards down from the small forward (and occasionally SG) spot.

If AK can bring his shooting percentage up a bit (thereby bringing his ppg up a bit as well), they become essentially the same player in terms of offensive stats. After that, I think the fact that AK is also swatting down 1.5 more shots per game and getting an additional steal per game is enough to warrant him being placed ahead of Pau on the Euro list.

    But that's just my opinion.

Yeah, he is also good, I guess he deserves 10th spot more than Bargnani does. But he wasn't that good in play-offs this year. One game I remember him missing like 7-8 open shots in a row (against Miami?). But he is a hard worker, I am sure he will be better next season.

They played for several years in Euroloeague and they are from Istanbul (european side), and their national team competes in European Basketball Championship. Is that enough ?
On top of that they are being processed for membership in the EU. Being really technical to not count them.

My bad man, it's late and I read Krstic for whatever reason :). Gasol is better than AK, not by a huge amount, but enough that it is an easy decision to name him 2nd.

Playing time and the best playmaking pg in the league will do wonders for a player, just ask the entire Phoenix Suns roster, Q-Rich and JJ.

They're members of the European Union so it's more than fair to call their people european.

Ya I guess it depends on how you look at it.

I guess AK is EurAsian then. He's the best EurAsian player in the league.
