give yourself a cheat day. My girlfriend and I gave up some vices except for once a month.

after just two months of giving up soda I have lost about 7 pounds. The only exercise I'm really doing right now is walking around the block once or twice every few days so its not like I am working my ass off.

The longest I went was 18 days. It's so freakin tough after the 2nd week, nearly anything can trigger the urge. It gets pretty bad.
