Holy Christ. That's exactly what you're taught to do.

It's amazing that college basketball, which has been premitted to get more and more physical over the years, is going to enforce this ridiculous i nterpretation of a rule.

Yesterday, and I can't recall which game, a guy was driving the lane when a defender basically dove into his extended arm/elbow. Absurd.

There's been enough bad coaching in this LaSalle/K St game to cover a half dozen games.

If K State needs a 20 point comeback in front of their home crowd to beat Lasalle, it does not bode well for the rest of the Big 12.

All this talk about the MWC being the best non-"Big 6" conference, and it's the A-10 that goes 5-0 in the "2nd round" (6-0 if you count LaSalle's win in the play-in game and the MWC goes 1-4.

And Kansas State's season is on the line and Weber takes a timeout home with him.

How did Henriquez give the game away? That's what I'm reading on Twitter.

They'd have lost by 15 without him. Guy averages 5/5 on the season and has the game of his life.

What was that Kansas State guard doing at the end of the game? He wasted almost all of the clock then launched one from the other side of the backboard.

And, yes, I was also getting at the MWC being overrated (and overseeded). Turn it how you want, their teams are still losing.

Add that the PAC 12 was getting no respect from anybody, while the Big 12 has looked terrible. OSU dominated by Oregon, K State unable to beat LaSalle, who appears to have one guy taller than 5'11", in what was basically a home game.

It's hard to spin it any other way than them being overrated. The MWC was #2 in conference RPI but they're 1-5 in the tournament so far.

Wondering if he wasn't expecting the timeout too.
