Pretty much this. But I will give it a shot for a few days for my eyes to get used to the ugly red tint on my screen. See if it makes any difference... Right now it's actually making it more difficult to read text. Almost blurry.

Been using it for a little over a year now and I don't get headaches or sore eyes as much as I used to, which wasn't often to begin with, but yeah, this little program helped.

It automatically adjusts your screen's brightness with the passage of time. Less strain on your eyes at night

Yeah dude, I'm on my lowest brightness and it still helped a lot. Got it today and seriously, it's on another level of usefulness. Once you start using it you realize how looking at your computer normally is like looking at the sun.
