Don't even talk about that, sad sad situation.
Fortunatelly i leaved that club soon enough to don't get in this situation.

There's a conflict between the federation and the club, and FCP directors decided that was better to extinct the senior team and only stay with under 12,14,16,18 and 20 .. With no B teams, and no "girls section" too.

Some of my friends are really fukced up, they sign contracts that will never happen and now they have to find other clubs.

Yes Rakovic is ok for backup. New head coach for Zalgiris is Plaza. Zalgiris signed D.Lavrinovic, that's way better than backup if he plays C, anyhow he will probably play both PF and C. D.Lavrinovic and Javtokas frontcourt is quite good, good mix of offense and defense. Zalgiris signed Darden aswell (Plaza wanted him badly), not sure if I like that or not.

Hopefully you don't treat him the same way you treated Pappas.

Don't think so, there was something weird with the Pappas situation.

Zalgiris looks damn good, wonder who those last two playes going to be that will be anounced in upcoming days, they say both will be guards.

    Javtokas/D.Lavrinovic/Delas
    K.Lavrinovic/Jankunas/Klimavicius
    Darden/Lipkevicius/Kuzminskas
    Kaukenas/Popovic/???
    Kalnietis/???

Popovic can play pg aswell, D.Lavrinovic can play PF also, many different rotations are possible, I wonder who those two guards are going to be. Only position I don't like is SF, seems weak compared to all other postions, well maybe pg not that much, but if u put popovic as pg it suddenly does look like it.

It looks like a roster that can finally get to the playoffs stage.

That's what I thought aswell, top4 might be hard, but i expect top8 with this kind of roster.

Those two new guards are Lafayette and Juskevicius.

    so...
    Javtokas/D.Lavrinovic/Delas
    K.Lavrinovic/Jankunas/Klimavicius
    Darden/Lipkevicius/Kuzminskas
    Kaukenas/Popovic/Juskevicius
    Kalnietis/Lafayette

Seems like a pretty good chance to make the playoffs. Final Four will be difficult though.

Bilbao gave Dimitrios Verginis a training camp invite with a chance to make the team. Great oppurtunity for him.

Haven't read about this anywhere, doubt it happens, we've just announced our 12th man.
