Peanut butter, milk, rice, bannanas, oatmeal, salad, beans. Then you could buy a bulk pack of chicken and be set for a week.

You can definitely eat a balanced diet for $30 a week. In fact if you just ate the foods I listed you would be healthier than 95% of Americans.
