Re: Grinder's Final Mock Draft
I see the Sixers taking either Terrence or Perry Jones. Perry Jones having his knee red flagged could push the pick in favor of Terrence. I'm cool with that pick because he has a ton of skill and I think Doug Collins will help him get out of the Lamar Odom mentality he exhibited at Kentucky.

It's 99% sure.
His tragic past does make you root for him.

Who put the report out there about his knee? Seems suspect, as if a team did it in hopes Perry falls to them. All of a sudden his knee gets flagged right when its time to draft? Hmmm
Also about Perry he admitted he had problems handling constructive criticism his freshman season. One of the reasons he decided to stay in school to mature and handle it better. I hope he can handle Doug Collins because Kwame Brown couldnt, but Evan Turner despite frustration has handled it well. I wouldnt mind Perry. I rather go best talent than need like Center or PF. If the best talent happens to play a position of need? Kudos.
I'd like Terrence Ross tho. Who you like?

How far do you see Jared Cunningham dropping in the draft. All the way to #43 for the Clips?

I don't get picked last at the park anymore

Clippers have 53 pick, not 43.

I actually played against his team a few years ago, even guarded him for a stretch. He destroyed me, but I'm not that good of a player anyway.
However, if you'd told me back then he'd end up being an NBA player, I would've never believed you.

Could be BS like you said but if the Sixers doctors find it a concern I could see us not taking on the risk.
I'd love Terrence Ross but it is looking like he will be gone at 15. He is definitely my #1 wish for us. The only players I would accept is Ross, the two Jones', and Moultrie. Other than that I don't see who else we would want.
I love Royce White but he is too big of a risk for the 76ers to take at 15.

He developed more since he destroyed you while you stayed....bad.

Re: Grinder's Final Mock Draft
Oh, you're absolutely right, I'm not saying he won't be good because of that, far from it.
It's just interesting to think that I played against a possible future NBA player, and it wasn't even a particularly memorable experience at the time. The only thing I remember is that I was assigned to guard him because I was the only one with the height to challenge him, but he just blew by me on the perimeter, making the whole strategy pointless.
He'd only just joined a better ball club (used to play for mine but he was a year younger so I didn't know him), so I guess that's when he started really developing. Goes to show the importance of a proper environment, as well as dedication.
I hope he succeeds. If he develops an accurate 3 pt shot, it should all work out for him. Even if he doesn't make it in the league, I'm sure you'll see a lot of him in international competitions.
