Eh, because of the whole Dawkin's retardation some kids can't even enjoy anything non-hyper rational even in fictional settings.
But yeah, unless what they show us are fabrications this can't be the explanation. We see too much that goes against this theory.

There's always a look of confusion, then disgust as if the answer was supposed to be more complicated.
