Default Bo Jackson. 4.1-4.3 40 depending on who you ask...500 pound bench press....

Pro bowl running back with a Jim brown YPC....all star baseball player....olympic level sprinter(he was offered). I dont know if anyone in history...was both faster and stronger than Bo Jackson. Its hard to imagine really. Guy would have to be Carl Lewis fast(Lewis ran the 60 in 6.12 and Bo in 6.18...no estimate...on record official) and Ray Lewis strong. Seems to be an impossible combo for one body.

But he did a lot of things that some might have thought impossible.

And notice Deion getting stiff armed on the way to a Bo touchdown in college in there. Just saying is all....

Right after Wilt Chamberlain, unless one has the objective basis of multi-sport excellence.

Why do you think he was such a beast in Tecmo Bowl? He would literally run around the field TWICE before I would give up.

such a beast... I think people always wondered how good he could have been in one singular sport if he would have given it his 100% attention. That's the problem with athletics these days, especially in high school. When I was in middle school I played 3-4 sports at a time easy for my school or church/rec league and it was fine. Then around 8th or 9th grade you noticed how the people who played sports predominantly strayed into one sports field or so. Like how there were basketball players and football players and soccer players. It was hard playing basketball and football since the seasons run into each other. Same with soccer and baseball.

Hard for me to say best. Most gifted? Good case. Who else is there? Lot of guys play more than one sport...how many are all stars in 2 major ones while also having legit world class speed and linebacker strength?
