Hakeem these days would murder any center. He was very intelligent defender and obviously offensive juggernaut with the best posts skills ever.

All-time rankings are a combination of peak, prime, longevity, personal, and team accomplishments. While many may consider Hakeem to have a superior peak and/or prime, both Duncan and Shaq have twice as many titles as Hakeem, which can't be ignored in determining all-time rank.
If want to create a 'most skilled' all-time list, I'm sure plenty would rank Hakeem above Duncan and Shaq.
