Keep the faith -primetime- the show has already deviated a bit from the books. Some characters have not appeared at all.

yea they have changed the story already though. In the books Tara isn't black and wasn't even a major character, nor did she have a thing with Sam. And that whole Jason with the V addiction was made up.

those are pretty huge parts to the show...

I've seen a lot of stuff online about people really liking Lafayette, him being their favorite character and all. Maybe the writers saw it and rewrote him back into the show. Course all the episodes were probably already filmed.

I can't imagine the show getting better without him...
