Yi has 100 000 more than Bosh, a double the votes of Paul Pierce, and 7 times the votes of Danny Granger.

He is putting up 11points (at 43%) and 6 boards.

How many years are we from having an all China starting lineup consisting of a crippled Yao, 6th man Yi, and three Chinese D-Leaguers that somehow snuck on the Ballot.
And your starting lineup for the 2015 All Star Game is: Yue, Yo, Yi, Yah, Yao

Lol would be kinda funny, but I would have to shoot myself at the same time.

That's silly, Yao will be retired by then, and Yu will be starting...

Typical. Every year the first returns come in and every year people whine about it. The All Star game is played for the fans and its only fitting that they get to choose the starters. Yi could start over KG or LeBron for all I care...he's not anywhere remotely close to them as a player but in terms of popularity, he's up there so people need to get over it!

Devin Harris has a ridiculously low amount of votes.

I hope Shaq makes the team. It'd be great to see him play in his home team's city for the ASG in what has been a great comeback season for him.

Starting? His career as a server at the Guandong Applebees? Or is he going back to the CBA?

It's time to screw with this voting system or force the NBA to rig it and hopefully get exposed.
Yeah, I'm voting for Yi. I'd rather he make it than Garnett anyway, who hasn't been that impressive this year.

Horrible list, just Horrible. Brandon Roy has played better than Kobe this year. Also How in the world are some of those guys on the list?

These are mostly casual nba voters, so nothing should be shocking. Even Grant Hill was voted in as a starter when he missed 90% of the games...

Everyone loves to complain about the fan votes, but at the end of the day, only one or two fan favorites make the all-star game who wouldn't have made it anyway if only coaches voted.

Looks like this year Iverson will be the fan favorite who doesn't deserve to be there, so that's just 1 out of 24 all-stars (both teams combined).

Yi ain't gonna make it, it's one player from the fans and the rest coaches pick 'em.

Who the f is d harris? nobody gonna vote for a nobody.

As for D12, of course he gonna dominate all of the votes, not only has he been a beast, he's the only center in the East.

I hope so too, but he won't be a starter. Yao has that spot locked up until he retires.

It's actually 2 guards, 2 forwards, 1 center picked by the fans. Not one per position. That is why Yi could get it.
