I think Aldridge is the fastest power forward in the league. He runs the floor like a deer. There aren't very many players that get up and down the floor faster than Aldridge.

How can Pierce guard guys like James and Bryant when he's "slow?"

Brooks is the fastest PG in the league. It really isn't close. When you are a 6'0", 160 lbs atheletic dude, you can really run.

This doesn't mean his is better than Paul, Parker, Williams at attacking the basket or crossing over (or anything).

Paul Pierce and Emeka Okafor are not slow. True slowest guys by position.

    C - Z
    PF - Z Bo
    SF - Harpring
    SG - Matt Carrol/Wally Sczerbiak
PG - Damon Jones (he's still in the league right?)

I would tend to agree. he telegraphs his moves hes so slow (which is why an average defender like memo can handle him pretty effectively despite the huge height advantage).

Z is slow as well, but not nearly as slow as yao (esp in making a move). plus the huge age difference

Not even close -- that's a complete stereotype.

    Chris Quinn Pre-Draft measurments:

Lane Agility: 11.25 -- Pretty average. Better than players such as Ben Gordon, Rodney Stuckey and T.J. Ford.

Vertical Leap: 37 Inches. -- Not bad at all. Above average.

3/4 Sprint: 3.25 -- Again, not bad. The only active players to get below 3.0 are Joe Alexander (2.99) and Nate Robinson (2.96).
