    Actually, I do know someone who works at Best Buy. I could probably get these for 180 bucks or around there.

    Here in Canada, the advertised price is 329.99, and we get taxed like ****, so that would be over 350 dollars, which is wayyy past my budget for headphones.

    I've heard good things. What are their price ranges for noise cancelling, preferably over the ear (but doesn't have to be) headphones?

    Out of curiosity, for ipod listening only, is there such a thing as quality headphones costing between $20 and $30 dollars? Or to rephrase it, if you had only $20-$30 dollars to spend, is their any particular set of headphones you'd prefer over the others?

    I'm supposing real quality is out of the question at such a low price, but is there some diamond in the rough that sucks less than everything else at that level?

    Well at that price, the quality won't be amazing, but there are some headphones that provide reasonably good sound quality at that price.
