1. Draft at least 5 Soul/R&B singers with your picks in 7 Rounds, The team that could make the best song together wins.

2. Soul/R&B singers who double as songwriters

3. Soul/R&B singers who double as producers

4. Soul/R&B singers who double as musicians(instruments)

5. 12 Hour pick limit, If you're too busy to make a pick PM me with multiple selections and if that person is not selected I will slot the artist at your pick number. This speeds up the Draft.

6. Groups may be selected, but if a member of the Group is drafted previously, You only retain the remaining members of the Group.

What are your rules on on them being an 'instrumentalist'? They have to be either consistently credited on their records(studio) or do they have to frequently perform live or both Or is it simply up to your discretion?

R&B has a tradition(especially after the 60's) for being more vocals oriented although some have classical/church training ,but it sometimes takes a backseat to their great vocals/performing.

Jimi Hendrix started out as a Blues/R&B musician ,but could not hack it as a soloist because he was an awful singer/songstylist.

yea I don't see how you can objectively grade something that deals with music. It would still be fun comparing each other's picks though
