Yeah, I wasn't sure about that. I heard the announcers say that he wasn't competing, but they said nothing about whether it would just be this particular heat or the entire event. But, since it's his birthday, I guess it'd be just this heat.

I was kinda pissed that I missed the 400m final between Merritt and Wariner. Seems like Merritt has Wariner's number now, though Wariner did say he wasn't in race shape as his training was hindered by an injury.
And yes Jamaica in 4 X 100 via domination.

Whoo! Team GB got a bronze in the relay, yeah!
Jamaica were also impressive, too bad they didn't get the WR. Bolt could have gotten yet another, 3 golds and 3 world records.
