Name your top 10 european players in NBA
1. Nowitzki (by faaaaaar)
2. Gasol (still not tough enough dough)
3. Okur (had a breakout season last year)
4. Kirilenko (could go up this year if he manages to stay healthy)
5. Stojakovic (still one of the best shooters)
6. Hedo (should've been higher given his all-around talent)
7. Parker (not a big fan of him, always melts down in play-offs)
8. Milicic (not that he earned this spot, but watch out for him this year)
9. Bargnani (has a lot to prove this year and he has the potential to do so)
10. Jaric (best looking guy in this top10, that's why he got this spot )

Switch Okur and AK places and your top 5 is solid (though even though you dislike him, I think most people would put Parker over Peja at this point).
Bottom five has some problems, I think Hedo is too high, Bargnani and Jaric shouldn't be on the list, and you forgot Boris Diaw and Nenad Kristic.
1. Dirk
2. Gasol
3. AK47
4. Okur
5. Parker
6. Peja
7. Diaw
8. Kristic
9. Darko
10. Hedo
Also, AK47 is reportedly spending his entire summer working on his jumpshot. If his offensive game improves, I think he could move in front of Gasol by the end of next season.

Decent playground baller
Jarič is a joke.
Jarič: 28MPG, 8/3/4
Udrih: 13MPG 6/1/2
Radmanovič: 26 10/5/2
Diaw: 36 13/6/7
Songalia: 21MPG 9/4/1
Parker: 34 19/3/6
Jarič is not among top 20 EU players
So i am going with:
1)Nowitzky
2)Diaw
3)Parker
4)Kirilenko
5)Gasol
6)Stojakovič
7)Okur
8)Turkoglu
9)Radmanovič
10)Jasikevicius

He'd be a lot less of a joke if his coach didn't hate him for no apparent reason.

Turkish players can be considered European. Turkey is geographically part of both Asia and Europe, and Turkey is a current applicant to the European Union.

You arent serious are you? The only thing he might even possibly be better than Gasol at this moment is jumpshooting. He isnt improving it that much to make up for being worse at everything else. I will admit he should have been on my list though.
He'd be a lot less of a joke if his coach didn't hate him for no apparent reason.
You mean other than being no good as a PG, defender or SG? He is a guy with lots of skills that dont really translate to the game.

They played for several years in Euroloeague and they are from Istanbul (european side), and their national team competes in European Basketball Championship. Is that enough ?

I'm not saying Jaric would be "good," or even starting-caliber. From watching this season, Jaric is best used as a combo guard off the bench, backing up both guard spots for short stretches at a time. If he's kept in that small role for 20-25 minutes, he can be pretty effective.

Deng is not european, that's why my list excluded Ginobili. Otherwise he would be no 2.
