I almost never eat McDonalds but when I do its either

2 Double Cheeseburgers

or

3 breakfast burritos

This. They haven't used real beef (or chicken IMO) for years. Their food is disgusting, and I've stopped eating there. However, the only item I eat is their breakfest items every once in a while.

Do be honest, the most I order from McD's is a carmel latte or coffee in the mornings.

But on rare occasions, I'll order a Sausage McMuffin w/cheese (No egg) for breakfast or a Big Mac for lunch. Those are my most purchased items at McD's.

I seldom eat MacDonalds, mainly because I prefer their breakfast, and I am either never up/out that early, or I am in a rush to get to work when I am out in the AM.

I like to get:

sausage, egg, cheese MacGriddle
two hash browns

IF I were to run a MacDonalds, I would serve breakfast anytime, all day

Only time I do order is once in a while for breakfast.

I've had the chicken biscuit (not so good), and the sausage mcmuffin & egg mcmuffin (decent).

I don't eat anything from their lunch menu

You know this one time, I decided as an experiment to eat McDonalds for 30 days straight. 3 meals a day and nothing else. It wasn't easy.
