A black Chinese girl, Lou Jing, who was born and grew up in Shanghai suffered a racist backlash on a TV talent show. Gets referred to as "Chocolate girl and Black Pearl".

Today in one of the local towns a radio show had a lady on , and was asked what's happening- and her reply was 'it's almost white'

I go what ?? we have snow on the ground , then I thought wow - what a racist comment , and as soon as that rung in my waking up brain - I heard the announcer quickly change the subject.
