bubbles is completely normal in real life. a remarkably talented musician actually, he plays shows here and there around halifax, and occasionally throughout canada if i'm not mistaken. and yes, the show is mind blowing good stuff.

Easily the best Canadian television show ever. And Bubbles is neither retarded in real life NOR ON THE SHOW, he's the smartest damn person in the park... although he does live in a toolshed.

Announced in November 2009, Wells, Tremblay and Smith announced that they will be starring as their Trailer Park Boys characters, in a new television series for Showcase called The Drunk and on Drugs Happy Funtime Hour, set to air in November 2010. The series has been given an order of six episodes. The actors will also serve as writers and executive producers for the series as well.[10]

Alex Lifeson of Rush will also be a regular on the show.

Not disagreeing, but Corner Gas, while looking dull, is actually pretty good. I caught it on television when I was in Canada and got hooked.

The last seasons faltered quite a bit, and neither movie was fantastic (in my opinion) but it's still an amazing show.

I had high hopes for the 2nd movie after the Say Goodnight To The Bad Guys special, that was pretty solid. Cyrus dirty dancing is enough to make any show great though.
