Jay-Z's worst album won album of the year...What?? He should have won in 1996, I'm fine with not winning one for Blueprint/Black album because they would have won any other year, but Eminem's MMLP/Eminem Show were just as good.

Lupe Fiasco got robbed BOTH years. Sad this man doesn't get more attention, severely underrated

GRODT over Eminem Show? 19 songs about being a thug can never be better than the Eminem Show. TES was too complete from every aspect and is arguably his greatest album

It's kind of confusing because it came out in 1997 but it's kind of hard for me to recall something better...I like "Can-I-Bus" but that was in no position to win. Why are half of them from the year before and the other half THAT year?

there is really nothing to laugh about.

Blueprint was the rap best album of that decade. Stankonia wasnt even half as good as Aquemini. I bought both and there is really no debate.
