Their works have much deeper meanings than the public can see when it's fresh.... but as time goes by, you can see the message for what it is.


I saw a video last night where Jay Z talked about putting subliminal messages in his music so year after year his music stays fresh... it's like a new discovery when you listen to it 5 years later (I know Wu Tang did this to me... but now I see what Eminem did with his art.)
