I don't think it's as much though. My wife is part of this japanese mom's club, and literally 95% of this list (its HUGE) are women with american husbands. It's hysterical.

it probably has to do with the military. a lot of white/black military men pick up azn wives, who tend to be attracted to westerners, and fascinated with American culture.

i see a lot of azn women(pretty hot too) married to older military white guys mostly. don't see it so much when they're not military. and if u have money/rank its probably pretty easy. they're pretty materialistic imo.

im in bay ridge, not japan. only 1 of the girls married a millitary guy and came over.

As for the meek thing, i'd say quieter, a bit more reserved. Meek, i wish sometimes. My wife is certainly not meek for the good and bad.

well i'm not talking american born azn girls, and from what i've seen the ones born oversea's are very shy/meek/traditional/reserved. maybe it applies to a lot of other females that are born into societies where male vs females roles are more defined. i just know there is still a lot of that in many azn countries, where as in the U.S. females tend to turn into diva's w/ attitudes

My kids are half asian, but they are boys. I told my wife if we had a girl she'd look good. At least my boys look smart. My 2 year old is already cut up like Bruce Lee and my 4 year old acts older than his age..he be smart.
