not at all. if the lakers were to beat that heat team in the finals it would be great for the game. it would show how important a true TEAM actually is and how important COACHING actually is. kobe would move up to the top 5 or 6 all time and Gasol would be close to cracking the top 25 or 30.

i have no problem with that happening. in fact, i prefer it....because then kobe would not be so over-rated....he would actually deserve the praise he currently gets.

lebron wins next year, he'll get credit, but not as the alpha dog - that's wade, the clutch one, the one who proved already he can win a title as the #1 player.

I don't really care much about what the media says. At the end of the day, level of play defines a players legacy. If you slouched and piggybacked to a ring, then it hurts your legacy. If you played hard and came up big when it mattered the most, then it doesn't matter. The media and ESPN pump LeBron up to be MJ or a top 10 great. You guys feed that shit and that's why we have threads like these(no disrespect). I'm content with him being LeBron James and creating his own legacy as one of the most gifted players of all time and being apart of the greatest trio of all time.
