Haha I just remembered the Arbiter in the Halo series is done by actor Keith David who also does those Army commercials. He does a fantastic job on Halo.

Cartman might be the most evil cartoon character I've ever seen.

And the Jerry pick is right on, I've felt so sorry for Tom many times because Jerry would just torture the shit out of him.

But the Joker is probably my favourite villain and probably one of if not the most evil, because he has no motive or goal. He doesn't want power or fame or money, he just wants to **** people up.
