Thanks. I didn't quite know that, but growing up, teachers, anyone really, would normally mistake my name and say Shawn. ALL THE TIME. Didn't really get to me that bad. I actually like my name because it's not as common as John or Shawn or Mike, etc . .. .
I've only known one other Shane in my life back in the day
and I think it was Shayne for him. So I'm good with it . ...
