Serious, what's the point of creating other accounts when the first one is not banned? I don't get it .. really.

Couple reasons for different people. For some it's to build reputation among them. Use the various accounts to rep other accounts (has been done in RG's case)

Also could be to make an opinion seem more dominant. If a guy thinks something, and uses all 5 of his accounts to say the same thing, it'll seem like the majority of people are under the same opinion, and thus become more convincing.

Lastly, it's because people can be more free to go against social norms with anonymity. Once someone posts enough with one account, they begin to attach their own personal identity with that account. They then need a new account to do something stupid because the first one became part of their identity on the board.

Last one is poorly explained. I can elaborate if you care, but I doubt anyone is that interested lol.
