I think deplorable is too strong a word, but I'm inclined to agree with this overall sentiment.

This site is pathetically under-funded considering its traffic. It literally has a feature set straight out of 1999. I'm surprised we can PM people.

i'm halfways hanging on to another dead vB forum right now... because they have vbulletin 3.8.1, are a ghostland, like this place is rapidly getting to be, and yet are still hanging on.
