Theres a LOT of irony in Julien being upset about people questioning the nature of Chara being out, when his own team questioned the actual seriousness of Pacioretty's injury that Chara caused.

Go Caps!!!
x 2. I will be watching Lakers during the intermissions/ commercials tho.
Put this series in the cobra clutch Washington! That way you can get some rest after finishing off the NYR

Re: NHL playoffs
Damn, Washington couldn't take advantage of the Power Play.
LOL...and just like that New York got the Power Play now.

Re: NHL playoffs
The Rangers got robbed of a goal at the end of the 2nd intermission. I thought the replay had it at 0:01 secs but the refs reviewed it and said otherwise.

Re: NHL playoffs
Guess that miscall doesn't matter now, Rangers won. Great game!

The NBC clock isn't official.
The NHL war room actually keeps a blog about every reviewed call. All reviews are done impartially off-site.

"Video review was used to determine if the puck crossed the line before time expired in the second period. The official burn-in clock on the overhead camera had time expired before the puck crossed the line. No goal."

...good game NYR. They played high energy for most of the game. That disallowed goal was the correct call but Dubinsky still got the W.
I have a feeling WSH will beat the Rangers by 2-3 goals game 4 on Wed

Favorite series so far is Washington/New York especially game 1! Was a great game to watch.
Montreal/Boston and Philly/Buffalo have been keeping me glued to the set as well

Re: NHL playoffs
Same old story with the Bruins. They are muckers and grinders - that style works well in the regular season, but in the playoffs teams elevate their games, and the Bruins dont have that other level to elevate to. That's why they fail year after year.

No one ever doubted his talent. That being said; he was obnoxious, a whiner, a wannabe tough guy, and a tool. Him and Mario Tremblay deserve each other.
