i haven't gotten any trojans in a while oddly enough and its not like i've cut down on the pron either. i was thinking those sites had maybe stopped with all of their invasive cookies and stuff since browsers put in porn modes. i used to catch stuff with Malware Bytes every so often, but its been a looong time since i've caught anything, and i don't even browse in pron mode.
