    Euroleague and NBA fan here.

    Parker dominated the Euroleague.

Derrick Rose would dominate too. It would take few months but he would probably be the best player by a wide margin. Just look at guys like Gordon from CSKA who is one of the best point guards in Europe and compare him with Rose.

The op is an idiot obviously.

The best thing about this topic is i don't think anyone has ever "lied" about a player being euroleage MVP. We really don't even discuss that. Someone might have conceivably made a mistake at some point, but not a "lie". Why do that?

[QUOTE]However, Paspalj's NBA move turned out to be far from successful as he featured in only 28 games,[3] scoring a total of 72 points in 181 minutes (2.6 points[3] and 6

    Man, that's just too much...

It's true that Americans don't watch (and don't understand) Euroleague and that they make stupid and downgrading comments about it, but these thing you said just aren't true.

Zone defenses would probably screw Rose a bit (because he still has holes in his game), but he would the best player in Euroleague by the end of the season. I said by the end of the season because I think that he would need at least half-season to adjust (style, pace, team-d and zone-d).

But that's if Rose came now. If he'd come in the beginning of his pro career (without too much hype) he'd need to work his ass off to get playing time in front of many older and more experienced EL players. He would still have the potential to be the clear best there, but the question is - would he ever get a chance to prove it...
