    Don't quite get what you mean by pec bone. You've got a large flat muscle there on your chest for each pectoral muscle, then you have your sternum in the middle underneath which is connected to your ribcage. What exactly is sticking out and where?

    Either way the likely hood of it being something to worry about is small. Your doctor will probably look at it, ask you if it hurts or if it gives you any kind of discomfort and if it doesn't he'll tell you to ignore it.

    I've got the same problem (well, on the opposite arm since I'm left handed). Does anyone have any suggestion as far as how to fix this? I've tried doing an extra set of concentration curls with the smaller arm when I work my biceps, but I feel like there has to be a better way to get some symmetry (even though I doubt anyone else notices it).
