You can talk about MJ's achievements and all that. But in terms of who is the better overall player? Its Lebron. Nothing about Jordan's game to sticks out as showing me he was better individual basketball player than Lebron.

A lot of great players have advantages over each other but as a whole, Jordan was slightly better. There are things that Lebron does better but there are also things that Jordan does better. They are both great players though.
