Never ceases to amaze me what Duke players get away with.

the lack of traveling calls in this game makes it frustrating to watch...

Mason Plumlee's shown me some things tonight, been really good. Still needs to be consistent, but I understand the hype a bit more.
I like Ryan Kelly a lot, sorta Troy Murphy-ish but seems like he actually likes playing basketball.
Pretty awesome game, great close to the tourney.

Yeah, Curry definitely traveled before he made that pass to Thornton. Of course it's insane to think you're going to get fair officiating when playing Duke. They got away with a walk, a flop, and Kelly bumping Taylor causing him to lose the ball, all in the final couple of minutes.

Don't get too excited about Plumlee, yet. He had Withey guarding him most of the night. Withey sucks. I will admit, though, Plumlee is an impressive looking athlete. I can see him as a serviceable PF in the NBA.

Re: 2011/12 Observation Deck
Key facts:
- as i said, Tyshawn Taylor killed the game.
- travelling by Curry.
- 2 3 pointers by Thornton

Oh I'm not clamoring for him to be a Pacer or anything like that, but every time I'd seen him before it was just yeah he's got the body and he's a nice athlete but he doesn't impact the game.

I don't see Plumbee being anything close to special. I see a 8th, 9th man in the NBA if he is lucky.

I should've been more clear. I can see him developing into a serviceable back-up PF in the NBA. I didn't mean serviceable starting PF.

oh, I agree with that. If he puts in the work he can definitively getting playing time off the bench.
